Donald Trump has a point about the cost of the Mexico wall.
The president told CBS’ “Face the Nation” on Sunday that he doesn’t like the wall’s design, and he’s not happy with its construction.
He said he’s “not happy” with it.
Trump has said Mexico will pay for the wall but that he has no intention of doing so.
In the interview, Trump said he hasn’t had a chance to see the wall, and added that he’s worried that Mexico won’t pay for it.
“Mexico will pay a lot more for it than I do,” Trump said.
Trump also criticized his administration for not providing a detailed plan to address the situation.
“I was very disappointed when I heard the Secretary of Defense, General Mattis, didn’t give me a full breakdown on the wall,” Trump told “Face The Nation.”
“I mean, they’re supposed to be telling us about the wall in an hour.”
“We’re not going to have a wall that’s so expensive and so complicated that we can’t handle it,” he said.
The Trump administration has said that the border wall is going to cost about $25 billion.
