This can be a costly proposition for many buyers, as the construction work can take months or even years to complete.
As a result, it is estimated that the average price of a new homes market in 2018 is going to be in the $100,000-$200,000 range.
The top three cities that were affected by this boom were Chicago, Orlando, and San Diego.
Forbes reported that the median price for a home in the Orlando area in 2018 was $205,000.
This is up from $186,000 in 2018.
In Chicago, the median was $190,000, up from a median of $167,000 last year.
Despite a boom in prices, the unemployment rate for 2018 was still 4.3%.
